*sigh* Don't you wish there was a channel that had all of our favorite kid's shows on it now that we're all talking about the subject? I mean, I know you can always watch Andy Griffith, Home Improvement, Family Ties, Little House on the Prairie and the like on Nick at Nite, the Hallmark Channel, etc., etc., but I've never heard of a channel that reruns old cartoons or kids' shows, like Wishbone or Fraggle Rock. Someone could make a MINT off of that as a cable/satellite channel! I'd sure watch it!
** I wish they'd come out with Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman's two movies on DVD! I know they have the series out on DVD, but not the movies. I'd love to buy them, along with half the other shows we listed! **

A series called Love Story from the early 70's, that was directed by Michael Landon. It only ran one season, and it had a different love story each week. My mom and I loved it and were so sad when it was cancelled.
I would love to be able to watch some of these on DVD, just to see if they're as good as I remember them being.
<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">I love the Partridge Family, lol! The first 2 seasons of it are out on DVD, and they're great. I used to watch the show on ABC Family (only I think it was still Fox Family at the time), and loved it. The episodes are still funny. I really think this show aged well, unlike the Brady Bunch which is really only funny in a campish way. The Partridge Family is actually funny.Quote:

I had forgotten about punky, Lavergne & Shirley, and life goes on. I was smaller then, but I remember watching the conveyer belt in the intro to L&S. I thought it was so cool! I loved those shows. Also Wonder Years!!! I would love to have that on DVD. My favorite movies were The Neverending Story & Grease.
Does anyone remember when Pooh came on Disney and the characters were people in costumes??? I wish I knew what that was called. LOL
